Why Have Nosalabial Line Filler?
The nasolabial fold (nose to mouth lines) is the deep crease that runs from either side of the nose down towards the outside corners of the mouth. This crease becomes more noticeable as part of the natural ageing process. Fat is lost from the cheeks, reducing skin volume and making this fold appear deeper. Repeated smiling or having a “big smile” may result in permanent, deep creases in this area. This can also be hereditary.
What can be done?
These lines can be treated through injecting dermal filler into the surrounding area, restoring the lost volume and softening the appearance of these creases. This will leave you with a smoother, refreshed-looking appearance.
The results are immediate and will typically last 6-12 months. There is very minimal downtime and will leave minimal marks (which can be covered by makeup easily).
